Josée embarked on her journey in the insurance industry in 1999, completing a Certificate of Collegial Studies (AEC) in insurance while working as an accounting clerk since 1993. From 1999 to 2002, she served as a claims adjuster over the phone, handling increasingly complex and diverse cases over the years. In 2002, she joined a Canadian insurer where, until her departure in 2011, she held the position of claims reviewer, overseeing independent claims adjusters’ cases and litigation files. In 2012, she joined a specialized insurer focusing on “non-standard” and “marine” insurance.
In 2017, Josée chose to return to the independent sector in the position of reviser for our firm. The experience she has acquired in “niches” adds to the variety of services that our firm can offer.
