Sylvie began her insurance career in Ontario in 1993 with a major insurer as an underwriter. In 1995, she had the opportunity to work for a direct insurer where she worked as both a broker and claims adjuster. In 2006, she obtained a position as a claims reviewer within a major insurance company until 2013. Before joining our firm in 2016, she worked as a senior claims adjuster – file reviewer for Lloyd’s of London more specifically liability files.
