Julie began her insurance career in 2008. She started at Aviva Canada as a claims adjuster for automobile claims. Subsequently, she held an expert position with a firm of adjusting brokers. She handled automobile claims, then residential claims over the phone, and also supported commercial clients during large and complex losses and provided technical support to brokers. Interested in working on the road, she worked for TD Insurance as a claims adjuster on the road for residential claims.
Always looking for new challenges, she obtained a position at Intact Insurance as a “civil liability” claims adjuster, where she will deal with both personal and commercial claims. Having developed a keen interest in this field, Julie has also worked for independent claims adjusters. Prior to joining our firm, she has been recruited by Northbridge General Insurance as senior claims adjuster for large and complex commercial claims.
Throughout her career, analysis, claims management and concern for customer service have always been at the heart of Julie’s concerns.
