Lynn Tripp, CIP

Claims adjuster

LYNN began her insurance career in 1973. She started out in clerical roles with an international company. As a result of her hard work, she was redirected to claims adjusting, where she settled bodily injury cases over the phone. In 1975, she changed insurer and over a period of 9 years she was telephone claims adjuster, claims adjuster on the road and team leader. From 1984 to 2001 she worked as an independent claims adjuster. Subsequently, she did a short stay with an insurer as a resident expert. From 2004 to 2006 she returned to an independent, national claims adjusting firm. Between 2006 and 2017, she was a claims adjuster with an insurer in Quebec, she was called upon to deal with complex, major loss claims and fraud. In 2017, Lyne was thinking of pre-retirement when she agreed to join our firm to our great happiness. Lynn is a real fun person to have around, always in a good mood and a hard worker who doesn’t seem like a pre-retiree. Lynn is another member of the GDR team who is proud of their work, hardworking, professional and always ready to help colleagues when needed.
