Michèle began her insurance career in 1986. She started out as a claims clerk for Groupe Commerce. Over time, she worked as an in-house and road claims adjuster with various insurance companies and independent adjusters firm. She also held the position of senior claims manager for a team of experts at Aviva Canada.

Michèle was, until recently, a technical advisor for Promutuel Lanaudière. Recognized for her sense of organization, her great customer service and her technical skills, Michèle is an asset for our next generation.
